One free client file per agent (one per Illinois license), so you can see how The Closing Atelier works. No card required. Then $29.99/mo (up to 50 client files per subscription year) or Agent Plus $39.99/mo (up to 100).

Your first client file is on us. One complimentary file per Illinois real estate license. An active IDFPR license number is required to verify eligibility. After your complimentary file, additional client files require the Agent plan ($29.99/month).

For agents: your first client file is completely free for its whole life (intake through after-closing): Speak update (voice-to-text), Closing timeline with deadlines and next steps, Invite your clients (always free for them), Basic appointments for you and your clients. Every client file you create counts toward the one free file, including files you archive or delete. A second client needs the Agent subscription ($29.99/mo, up to 50 client files per subscription year) or Agent Plus ($39.99/mo, up to 100). Your clients never sign up or pay. Compare.

No credit card is collected. The free file never expires and never converts to a paid plan automatically; you are charged only if you choose a plan and check the consent box at checkout. Currently available to Illinois real estate licensees only.

Your 9-digit IDFPR license number (for example 475.123456). Spaces, dots and dashes are fine.

We verify your license with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and use it to apply your one complimentary file. Your license number is never displayed publicly or shared.

The Closing Atelier is currently available to Illinois real estate licensees only.

Your MLS agent ID (unique). Used to sign in.

US number. We text a one-time sign-in code here. You can also receive codes by email.

At least 12 characters; a passphrase of several words works well. Sign-in also requires a one-time code by text or email.

Your data belongs to you

Your client data belongs to you. We process it only to run your client files and provide the service you asked for. We never sell it, rent it, or use it for our own marketing. We share it only with the service providers that help us run The Closing Atelier (such as hosting, payments, email, and text messaging), under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires. You can export your data or delete it at any time.

Important: what The Closing Atelier is and is not

The Closing Atelier is not a real estate brokerage and does not perform any activity that requires a real estate license. We do not list, show, market or negotiate property, give opinions of value, or receive any fee tied to a transaction or referral. Each agent who uses the app, and that agent’s sponsoring brokerage, remains fully responsible for their services, advice, advertising, records and compliance with the Illinois Real Estate License Act and brokerage policies.

The Closing Atelier supports the Fair Housing Act and the Illinois Human Rights Act. Our software is built to help agents serve every client equally. We do not allow our tools to be used to discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), disability, familial status, national origin or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law. Agents remain responsible for their own fair housing compliance.
