Accessibility Statement
We want The Closing Atelier to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA on our website and app and test regularly. If you meet a barrier, email theclosingatelier@gmail.com and we will help you get the information you need. We aim to respond within 5 business days. That response time is our working target and still needs counsel's confirmation.
DRAFT – pending review by counsel.
We want The Closing Atelier to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we do today:
- Semantic headings, labels on every form field, and visible keyboard focus
- Text and controls with sufficient color contrast; nothing relies on color alone
- Pages that work when zoomed to 200% and on small phone screens
- Status updates written in plain language, available in English, Polish and Spanish
- No time limits on reading status pages
Known limitations: uploaded documents (such as scanned PDFs) are provided by agents and clients and may not be accessible; the legal pages are currently in English only. This statement has not yet been verified by an independent accessibility audit.
Need help or found a barrier? Email theclosingatelier@gmail.com or ask your agent. We aim to respond within 5 business days and can provide information in another format.
