Your access depends on your agent’s subscription. If your agent cancels or closes their account, your access becomes read-only for ninety (90) days: you can still see your file and documents. You will also get an email with a one-time link to download the documents you uploaded. After the 90 days the shared file is permanently deleted. Any agent can invite you to a new file later.
